Shipping & Returns
We ship across the European Union with trusted carriers. This page summarises shipping methods, delivery times, costs and the return process. For your statutory right of withdrawal, please see the Right of Withdrawal page.
Shipping Zones and Times
- Austria: 1–3 business days.
- Germany: 2–4 business days.
- Other EU countries: 3–7 business days.
- Non-EU European countries: 5–10 business days, customs duties may apply.
Orders placed before 14:00 CET on a business day are typically dispatched the same day. Delivery times begin once the order has been handed over to the carrier and are estimates, not guaranteed dates.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs depend on the destination, the weight of the parcel and the chosen service. Exact costs are displayed at checkout before the order is finalised. We may offer free shipping above a defined order value, which is announced on the website.
Carriers and Tracking
We work with carriers such as Austrian Post, DPD and DHL. Once your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number that allows you to follow the parcel.
Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
Please inspect your parcel upon receipt. If the goods are damaged, incomplete or incorrect, contact us at [support@example.com] within a reasonable period. Your statutory warranty rights are not affected by this request.
Return Procedure
- Notify us of your intention to return the goods at [returns@example.com], stating your order number.
- You will receive return instructions and the return address.
- Pack the goods securely, ideally in the original packaging, and include a copy of the order confirmation.
- Send the parcel within 14 days of notifying us of the withdrawal. We recommend a tracked shipping service.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you bear the direct cost of returning the goods. We do not accept returns sent freight collect.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned goods, we will process the refund without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of being informed of your withdrawal. Refunds are made using the same means of payment used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. No fees are charged for the reimbursement.
Exchanges
We do not currently operate a direct exchange programme. To receive a different product, please return the original item under the procedure above and place a new order.
