How long does delivery take?
Delivery generally takes 3 to 5 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Where do you ship?
We deliver across Austria and most European countries. Orders outside the EU may incur customs fees.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Yes — before your order ships. Just contact customer service with your order number and we'll take care of it.
What is your returns policy?
You have 30 days from receipt to return an item. It must be new, unused and in its original packaging.
